Google Maps Source

By filling out this form, you confirm that you are independently collecting reviews for your organization.

1. Find your organization on Google Maps.

2. In the Google Maps listing for your business, click the “Reviews” tab. Make sure you actually clicked it and that the reviews are visible in the Google interface, otherwise the widget won't be created.

3. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar and paste it into the field below.
