If you're embedding the widget through your CMS admin panel instead of directly in the template, check whether your CMS is stripping out <script> tags when saving. To verify this, view the source code of your site (CTRL + U) and search for the script URL. If only one <script> tag appears instead of two, you may need to adjust your editor settings to allow scripts or place the script directly in the template file (e.g., .php file).
